Thank you for your ongoing support and efforts through our celebratory Foodstuffs North Island 100th year and a successful year for the South Island.

Leading into peak season trading, we seek support with our annual List Price/New Product Moratorium as you finalise planning between now and next year.

We ask that you schedule your changes outside of the moratorium periods listed below and remind you the price moratorium does not apply to the standard agreed upon promotional pricing.

List price adjustments: Monday 21 November 2022 until Sunday 29 January 2023

Deadline to confirm any pricing adjustments for 2022 is Friday 30 September 2022, which allows for a six-week lead time for implementation.

The first effective date following the moratorium is Monday 30 January 2023.

New product introductions: Monday 28 November 2022 until Sunday 15 January 2023

We ask that you please discuss any new products in line with current business requirements to minimise any issues during this busy period.

If any new products are launched to the market during the proposed moratorium period, please get in touch with your relevant Foodstuffs’ category stakeholder for special review and consideration.

The first effective date following the moratorium is Monday 16 January 2023.
